Job Description

Are you an experienced and ambitious Clinical Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing looking to take on a nationwide senior management role as Head of Clinical Support Services in a vibrant, fast-paced and diverse clinical environment? We would urgently like to hear from you!

In this position, you will play a key role in our client’s senior management team, providing vital support to people suffering from physical and neurological disabilities nationwide.

As Head of Clinical Support Services, you will report directly to the CEO and take the lead in the development, implementation and activation of the highest standards of clinical governance structures throughout the group, while providing supervision and oversight to care management teams on the ground.

You will travel extensively throughout the country in this role, however the successful candidate can expect to be in Dublin regularly.

The minimum requirements for this role are:

-           Demonstrable experience in organization, management and strategic planning.

-          Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes at the highest levels of management.

-           A minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in a clinical management position.

-           A recognized nursing qualification.

-           Full registration with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Ireland.

-           A full, clean driving license.

The salary package for this role is €70’000 – €80’000 per annum depending on experience, with further benefits negotiable depending on the skills of the candidate.
