Job Title: Director of Nursing

Location: Co. Galway

Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 

Facility: Large Sized Nursing Home

About the Job:

• To ensure the development of a person-centred model of care which is driven by a respect for the rights of older people and are focused on quality of life measures meaningful to individual residents
• You will be expected to lead and manage an enthusiastic team to work to their potential
• Must have past experience as Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
• 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment
• Must have significant management experience
